The Castle Cafe

My name is Sim and I a single mother of 3. I’m a fulltime server at The Castle and have been working for the company for 8 months. My experience here has been nothing but amazing.

As a mother there are so many unexpected situations that can arise concerning the kids, which may require me to leave earlier, or even for me not to be able to make it to work. Management have been so understanding and supportive to an extent where they call me and check if I need anything. There is so much respect and humanity and I believe that this filters down from the owners and management to all the staff making this a pleasant work environment.
