We are now recruiting a full time restaurant manager for our busy Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant in Cork City.
We are a restaurant of 40 covers over 2 floors in the heart of Cork and we are dedicated to providing the best possible fish from local day boats working closely with local producers and showcasing the best Irish produce. We open 4 nights per week from Wednesday to Saturday.
Our dedicated award winning team of 12 work closely to ensure the best possible guest experience. Our service style is warm, informative and welcoming. We are a certified Great Place to Work for the second year in a row.
You will work closely with our chef/owner to ensure that the standards that we offer continue to develop and that all guest requirements are met.
You will need to have at leats 4 years experience at a management level in a similar setting. You'll be financially and computer literate, used to managing and working with a committed team, experienced in compiling a wine list , and be interested in all of the further growth opportunities our company has to offer.
We take for granted that you love food, are calm, professional and would like a challenge.
